On February 25, 2021, Dr. Shawn Wilson participated in our Black History Month Webinar that featured four of our African American State DOT leaders.

This webinar was moderated by Phil Washington, Former CEO, Los Angeles County Metropolitan Transportation Authority (Metro) / (Current) CEO, Denver International Airport. Panelists included: Jack Marchbanks, Ph.D., Director, Ohio Department of Transportation; Toks Omishakin, Director, California Department of Transportation; and Shawn Wilson, Ph.D., Secretary, Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development.
