Rounding out the 2021–2023 COMTO National Board of Directors are Yvette Janniere-Houlder, Lead Program Management, Enterprise Applications, Metropolitan Transportation Authority, State of New York and Dr. Lester Woods, Chief Administrative Officer, Missouri Department of Transportation, appointed as At-Large Members by Tanya Adams, Chair, COMTO National Board of Directors.

“Ms. Janniere-Houlder and Dr. Woods are the perfect addition to our 2021-2023 National Board of Directors. They have shown commitment to COMTO through the years and excellence in serving the organization. They are leaders in their respective fields and will bring the expertise and foresight need to move COMTO forward,” said Chair Adams.

“COMTO has provided immeasurable value to my personal and professional growth. As a member of COMTO, I continue to witness and experience countless opportunities and achievements. Through this organization, I am fortunate to be in a position to encourage, inspire and empower others to reach beyond their comfort zones. I look forward to continuing COMTO’s 50-year legacy committed to fighting for social justice and access to equity for minority individuals and historically underutilized businesses within the transportation industry,” said Ms. Janniere-Houlder.

“I am extremely excited to rejoin the COMTO National Board to serve with friends in the transportation industry that I’ve known for many years and to connect with new partners, as well! COMTO is a tremendous organization poised for making a profound impact on diversity, equity and inclusion in the industry. The time is right, and I am happy to bring my expertise, again, to the table and continue this journey of inclusive impact,” said Dr. Woods.
