Loraine Cargill Promoted to Director of Strategic Planning/Equal Employment Opportunity Officer at SFRTA

Loraine Cargill, former President of COMTO Fort Lauderdale, was promoted to Director of Strategic Planning/EEO Officer at the South Florida Regional Transportation Authority (SFRTA/Tri-Rail). In her new role, Loraine will have direct oversight of the planning, engineering and information technology departments. She is a 25-year-plus SFRTA veteran, holding various planning department positions.
