Associate, Membership & Chapter Services
The Associate, Membership & Chapter Support oversees the full lifecycle of membership at COMTO including retention and recruiting. As the major touchpoint for membership, the Associate will provide support to 35 COMTO chapters across North America with outreach, tools, and best practices in membership programs. In coordination with external affairs, the Associate will ensure fulfillment of member benefits and develop strategic campaigns to highlight the benefits of membership to engage students, transportation professionals, DBE/MBE/WBE/SBE organizations and public agencies. With support from the President & CEO, the Associate will ensure an optimal membership experience in a hybrid environment, assisting with virtual, and in-person outreach to stakeholders across North America. Marketing & Communications Coordinator
The Coordinator, Marketing & Communications supports the Sr. Manager, External Affairs in the development and delivery of all COMTO communications and executing COMTO’s marketing strategy. As a brand champion, the coordinator will work to develop digital and print content in line with branding guidelines for dissemination across the website, social media, email and print. In support of COMTO events, membership services and programs, the coordinator will assist in the creation of compelling digital and print assets for the promotion of key meetings, events, membership drives, scholarship, and internship programs.
