The Conference of Minority Transportation Officials (COMTO) was created to provide a forum for minority professionals in the transportation industry. COMTO’s membership includes individuals, transportation agencies, private sector corporations, non-profit organizations, educational institutions, and Historically Underutilized Businesses (HUBs). When you join COMTO, you gain access to an exclusive international network of transportation industry professionals.

What We Do For You

  • Transportation Agencies

    COMTO partners with transportation agencies to assist them in remaining compliant with federal Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) programs. COMTO provides training to DBE program administrators, procurement professionals and DBE liaison officers. COMTO serves as a voice when addressing program challenges to U.S. Department of Transportation (USDOT) personnel. Additionally, transportation executives have access to qualified local and national DBEs interested in doing business.
